The OMERIN Foundation

Philanthropy in support of culture, local heritage and associations

The OMERIN Foundation

Created in 2015, the OMERIN Foundation participates actively in local associations. It provides support to social, educational, cultural, sporting and charity events. In 2023, over 80 associations received sponsorship or donations from the OMERIN Group.

Some of the associations who benefit from our patronage: Festival de la Chaise Dieu, Jazz en tête Festival, Festival d'Ambert, Téléthon, Restos du Coeur, L'Auvergne pour un enfant, SALIF, Restoration of the St-Pierre-la-Bourlhonne church, Restoration of the Merklin organ of the Ambert church, Restoration of the Père Gaschon chapel, sponsoring of basketball, handball, rugby, bicycle, pétanque and running clubs…and many other associations and cultural festivals.

Le Moulin de Nouara

In 2017, the OMERIN Foundation started a project to restore the Nouara water mill (built in the 16th century) to its former glory and enhance the cultural, historical and industrial heritage of the Ambert region.

After 6 years of work, the Moulin de Nouara reopens its doors on July 9, 2022. Discover this unique place which has become a place of reception (many lodgings and reception rooms, ...) and culture (permanent and ephemeral exhibitions, auditorium of 100 places, workshop and housing of artist in residence...).

Book your stays, shows and events on our new dedicated website Please spread the word!
Welcome to Nouara!
